The PCBs are drilled with a single- and two-spindle drilling- and milling machine and our very precise drilling station "Pluritec".
To scarify the circuit board panels the company owns three other mill spindles.
The scribing machine HR RM01 prepares the particular circuit board for the separation of the panels.
The panels can be delivered milled, scarified, as panel or as single circuit board.
